• Do not upload data you do not have the right to share

Customer data & PHI

Where we process protected health information on your behalf, our handling of that data is governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Our services, including all related software and content, are owned by Ocean Health and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our products support clinical and administrative workflows but do not replace professional medical judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
